Whether you are a child, adolescent, or adult working to understand your inner world, my goal is the same: I will help you connect with yourself and the people you love.

For my younger clients, therapy shouldn't feel like a lecture. I specialize in children and adolescents struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Using Tabletop Role-Playing, interactive storytelling, and Play Therapy, I build a space where they feel safe to express themselves. I use just the right amount of 'quirk' to help them lower their defenses, practice social skills, and build confidence through creativity.

For my adult clients, I offer a warm but practical approach. If you are navigating life transitions, relationship conflict, or feeling stuck, we will use Reality Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to problem-solve. I focus on concrete strategies to help you understand your internal 'parts'—the roles you play in your own life—and move forward effectively.

I know life is busy. To support working individuals and families, I offer flexible evening appointments. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, and can assist with out-of-network reimbursement paperwork. Let's find the approach that works for you!
